Refund Policy
Try your Jellyflow purchase with our 30-day, no-questions-asked return promise. If it is not right for you, we are here to help with a return or exchange.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Timeframe: You must request a refund within 30 days of delivery
- Trying your purchase: You may open and try the product. Keep the item and its included accessories so they can be returned, and package them securely. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of the 30-day promise.
Sale and Discounted Items
Sale and discounted items are included in the same 30-day return promise. You do not have to give a reason or prove a defect to request a preference return.
How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping

Verified defects or fulfillment errors: Return shipping is covered by Jellyflow when a return is required. No restocking or processing fee applies. We will confirm the appropriate return arrangement for your case.
