How does the jellyfish lamp work?

The jellyfish lamp features soft, flowing lights that mimic the gentle movements of a real jellyfish. Just turn it on, and the glowing legs create a calming, ocean-like atmosphere in your space. With color-changing options and a rechargeable USB-C design, it is easy to customize the mood and move it wherever you like.

How do I set it up?

Insert each tentacle into the holes on the underside of the jellyfish head, connect the pole to the platform base, then place the head on top. Prefer to hang it? Thread a string or hook through the small loop on top of the head.

Does it make any noise?

A subtle sound can be heard up close when the tentacles rotate, but it is virtually unnoticeable while watching TV, relaxing or chatting. Our design is quieter than similar lamps on the market.

Can I hang the lamp?

Yes. Each lamp has a small loop at the top of the jellyfish head so you can suspend it with a string or hook from a ceiling or any suitable fixture.

Does the lamp need to stay plugged in to work?

No. It charges over USB-C and runs on its built-in battery, so once charged you can place it anywhere.
